Failure Auto-Divert
Should we lose contact with your PBX a rule can be setup to divert calls instantly to another destination. Should contact be re-established the divert will be automatically removed.
Instant Divert
If you need an instant diversion rule set, so all calls immediately take a new path, a number can be entered. This will override all other rules and diversions you may have set on a per DDI basis. This is primarily used for emergency scenarios which require you to redirect all call traffic.
