Setting up your Optua broadband takes a few minutes… seriously! We promise! All you need is your Eero, a compatible device and to follow these steps:
  1. Unbox and power up your Eero
    • Plug the power adapter into your Eero and a nearby socket. We recommend giving your Eero it’s own socket - not in a power extension.
    • Wait for the LED to start pulsing blue - this means that your router is ready for pairing.
  2. Download the Eero app
    • Search for “Eero” in the App Store or Google Play.
    • Install and launch the app on your smartphone or tablet.
  3. Create an account and begin setup
    • You can login to the Eero app with your existing Amazon credentials, if you’re already signed up to any Amazon service. Otherwise, tap Create an eero account to register a new one.
    • Follow the in-app prompts to name your network, choose a password and add any additional Eeros or Beacons.
That’s it—your new Wi-Fi network should be live in under five minutes. If you hit any snags, our support team is on standby to help you finish the setup quickly!
