Newly Assigned Number

For whilst you have a live and paid for account, the numbers assigned to your VoIP account are exclusive for your use. However, should you choose to remove the number, or fail to keep payment, the numbers will enter a quarantine state before they become available for re-purpose by another customer. By default that quarantine period will last 90 days.

Ported Numbers

Once deleted from our portal they will be sent back to the range holder and not held in any quarantine. If you deleted the number by mistake an administration charge, per number, will be leveraged for recovery (if possible).
