Our guarantees might vary depending on your broadband speed, but generally, our minimum speed is:- Download: At least 430mb/s
- Upload: At least 150mb/s
What happens if your speeds fall below our guarantee?
If you notice your broadband speeds dropping below our guaranteed levels, let us know immediately. We’ll jump into action and do everything possible to sort it within 30 working days. If we can’t resolve the issue within this timeframe, you’ll have the option to cancel your contract without penalty, and we’ll refund your monthly fee for that period—no fuss! You can also request credit onto your next bill.Why can’t our WiFi speeds be specifically guaranteed?
While we can promise the speeds delivered directly to your router, WiFi speeds can vary and depend on several factors outside our control, such as:- Distance from your router
- Device specifications
- Placement of the router
- Building materials like walls or floors
