Your first monthly payment

At the point of your order, we will take an initial payment to cover your first month and any installation fees for your broadband. This means that for example, if your installation fee is £52.00 and your first month is £42.50, we’ll charge you £94.50. Your installation fee is a one time fee. For our telecoms customers, the day you are connected up until the 1st of the next month, you will be charged a prorated total until the 1st, where the 1st of the following month will become your connection anniversary.

Your second monthly payment

Once your equipment is installed, we’ll reset your payment date to your “connection anniversary” — the day your service was activated. We’ll then debit your account on the same day every month. If you have incurred any fees from our infrastructure partner, such as an expedited appointment, or changing your appointment date late — you’ll be charged for this on your second monthly payment.
