1. Download the eero App

You’ll use this to configure your router and manage your whole home network. Install it now so you can hit the ground running:

Power Sockets: You’ll need two free sockets—one for the ONT (black box) installed by the operator, and one for your Eero router.
Location Tip: Pick a central, elevated spot away from thick walls for the best Wi-Fi coverage.

We send your Eero router by the quickest postal method possible, typically Royal Mail. If theres any problems with delivery, give us a shout.
