Port dates changes, or cancellations to a port, can be made up to 24 hours before the committed date. A request must be made in writing to us via our email or by a ticket, and we will endeavour to do our best to accomodate your amendment.
No matter how quick we are, there is an element of how quick the losing provider will react to our request. Please bear in mind that last minute changes may not play out as you intend. Please ensure you give as much notice as possible.
Any amendments to a date must also fit inside industry agreed guidelines based on when you submitted the port. For example, 24 hours before a port is due to complete, you won’t be able to simply extend the date by 24 hours, a minimum lead time would apply.
Change and cancellation requests carry charges.
