The following tables illustrate expected minimum lead times for geographic number ports. These are the soonest a port can complete, but you do have the option to extend this window at point of order. There are no expedite paths for porting.

Standard Ports

Standard ports are when the range holder (RH) and the losing comminucations provider (LCP) are the same.
For example, if ther Range holder is BT and the LCP is also BT this is a Standard Port. Lead times are quicker as only one party is involved in the port.

Subsequent Ports

Subsequent ports are when the range holder (RH) and the losing comminucations provider (LCP) are different.
For example, if ther Range holder is BT and the LCP is Virgin this is a Subsequent Port. Lead times are longer two parties are involved in the port.
