# Changing your installation date

That's okay! We're happy to change your installation date. You must inform us at least \*\*48 hours \*\*(2 days) before your appointment for a fee-free reschedule.

## **Please be home for your installation!**

An adult aged 18+ must be present to let the engineers in to complete their work and get you connected.

If the engineers arrive and there's nobody home, a missed appointment charge will be applied.
